PLC Controllers, Thermal systems

The thermal heating system are controlled by a Koyo PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).  Each control cabinet is custom designed and programmed to providing all necessary functions to operate pump motors, zone valves, measure temperatures, and log data.  The LCD display provides critical information at a glance, at the same time a desktop computer is connected via Ethernet to each unit providing full data logging and a heads up display at all times.

 

Logic Controller for the shop system -

One pump, two zone valves, four temp sensors, and provisions for DHW. 

 

10 panels of ASW52’s used to heat a 1200 Sq Ft radiant floor.

Logic Controller for the house system - 10 temp sensors, 4 pumps, 9 zone valves.

 

Ethernet to each unit allows remote data logging and remote programming.
